RE/MAX Elite was established in 1999, to provide upscale realty services. These services include, but are not limited to, single family residential (both new and re-sale), land, commercial property and property management.
RE/MAX Elite can be characterized as a high quality service based organization. Our purpose is to provide 100% plus service to individuals and/or corporations, in need of real estate assistance.
Our management team consists of 43 years of combined experience, whose companies include: Federal Express, Century 21 Realty, Prudential Realty, Capicchioni Realtors, and Better Homes & Gardens.
Additionally, our outside management advisors, inclusive of a corporate attorney and an accountant/CPA, provide tremendous support for management decisions & creativity.
RE/MAX Elite offers our realtors an “ELITE” organization where they are in business for themselves, but not by themselves.
Our advertising and promotion strategy is to position RE/MAX Elite as the leading Real Estate Agency in the market. Advertisement consists of The Arizona Republic, The Ocotillo News, Homes Illustrated, Homes & Land, The Sun Lakes Independent, The Yellow Pages, as well as other publications.
National and Regional advertising from RE/MAX International assists in gaining referral customers to RE/MAX Elite realtors. RE/MAX Elite gains market share by using the RE/MAX franchise name and advertising support to establish new clientele, for our realtors. RE/MAX Elite is currently #1 in market share for South Chandler and #2 for the entire city of Chandler.
